Forgive me if this sounds harsh, but to me – the above picture represents a great waste of time.
Here’s a few indications to know whether you are making the most out of your gym time.
1. If you can talk to your friend – you’re not working hard enough.
2. If you can read a book – you’re not working hard enough.
3. If you can watch the hockey game – you’re not working hard enough.
4. If you’re not breaking a sweat – you’re not working hard enough.
5. If you’re thinking about anything else – you’re not working hard enough.
